Returns

Returnable items may be returned to Retros Online by post within 30 days of the invoice date. The goods must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including label(s) and original packaging, and with the invoice. The cost of return postage shall be borne by the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

The right of return is excluded for the following products:

  • Products such as leather goods, swimwear, underwear,
  • Products sold as part of a promotion (e.g., sales, special offers)
  • Products labeled “This product is non-returnable”

The above products may be returned if they are defective, incomplete, or in bad condition. In these cases, Retros Online shall endeavor to provide a replacement of the same value. Where this is not possible, any payment already made will be refunded.

Exchange & Shipping Your Product

Only refunds in the form of store credits will be issued once the product has arrived at our warehouse and has been inspected. Shipping costs will not be returned unless the customer requests an exchange for a different product or size.

Orders that were paid for by credit card will be refunded to the credit card in the same currency as paid if we are unable to exchange the goods for a different size.

In the case of a cryptocurrency payment, you will be reimbursed using EURO as the base currency for the price of the product (including VAT where applicable), converted into cryptocurrency at the time of the refund at the current rate.

We follow this process to ensure that the equivalent EURO amount you pay at the time of purchase is also returned to you (in CRYPTO). Due to the volatility of cryptocurrency, we do not refund at the rate in force at the time of purchase. This is to protect both you and us from any wild fluctuations in the cryptocurrency rates. This could mean you receiving more or fewer cryptocurrencies than what was paid at the time of the transaction. However, the equivalent EURO value will still be the same.

Please note that if an order carries various products and obtains a larger discount and free shipping, and then sends back products, the initial entitlement to the volume discount and free shipping will be reversed when issuing the store credit or possible refund in the case where the products cannot be exchanged.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Refuse return

Retros Online reserves the right to refuse returns in cases where the order process is abused (e.g., ordering different sizes of one article for trying on). Volume discounts will be reversed when items are returned. In cases where orders are lost by the carrier, we will not be able to refund these orders but can only resend them instead.
